Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for new, unopened, and unused products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Seal Condition: Products with broken, tampered, or missing warranty seals are not eligible for return.
  • Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, reason for return, and photos/video proof of product condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, installation errors, or user modifications.
  • Items missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Report DOA or damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Verification: Provide photographic or video evidence of the damage for verification.
  • Resolution: After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund. For verified defects, return shipping costs will be covered by FPVMATRIX.

4. Restocking Fee for Voluntary Returns

  • Returns initiated for personal reasons (e.g., “no longer needed”) will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact us for assistance in initiating warranty procedures.
  • Warranty is void in cases of user error, improper installation, modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

6. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact FPVMATRIX support within 48 hours of delivery via support@fpvmatrix.in.
  2. Provide all required details, including photos/videos and order number.
  3. Ship the product securely to the provided address after approval. Tracking is mandatory for return shipments.
  4. Once the returned product is received and passes all quality checks, a refund will be processed.
  5. The refund will be credited to the original payment mode.

7. Missing Items or Accessories

  • Claims for missing items or accessories must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

8. Exclusions

  • FPVMATRIX reserves the right to refuse returns or warranty claims if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, electrical fire, water damage, or user modifications are excluded from return or warranty coverage.

9. Return, Refund and Replacement

Return: Return can be done within 7 days once you receive the product.

Refund: Once Return is approved refund will be credited to your original payment mode within 7 days.

Replacement: Replacement will be done within 7 days to end customer once we received the product.
